Hi everyone,

We're a friendly bunch of girls based in South London who would like to improve
our skills and have an opportunity to play women's ultimate at our level.

We are holding a women's development session on Sunday 26th July open to all
levels. We would especially would like to encourage those who haven't had the
opportunity to play Women's Ultimate in London, beginners are welcome.

We will be running through throwing skills, marking and different types of
defence. Depending on interest we will be holding regular skills session over
the next couple of months and look at putting together a South London-based
women's team for tour next year.

Where: Clapham Common (south side)
Time: 2pm-5pm, followed by drinks across the road
What to bring: Light and Dark Coloured shirt, disc
