room. It's quiet and gets all the afternoon sun.The house:Fully
furnished.Amazing shower - decent pressure with endless
gas-on-demand-hot-water.Garden - lawn with patio and garden shed and herb
garden.Lounge/Dining room - Massive takes up most of the downstairs.Kitchen -
new/modern with gas cooker, (dish-washer, washing-machine (no dryer), large
fridge-freezer).Storage - plenty of room in the attic or under the stairs.The
flatmates:I have 2 awesome flatmates, An Italian and an Australian (both
male).They are quite sociable and fun and I'm going to miss them (and their
cooking).Transport links:Tube: Zone1. Its 5-7 min walk to Vauxhall or Stockwell
Tubes (Victoria/Northern lines)Bus: From 1 min walk away they go along
Wandsworth rd to Clapham Junction or Waterloo.Cycling: I cycle everywhere
because we are so close.The Lease:Dates - the lease is up untill July, but could
easily be extended past then (but my name will come off).Landlord - she is
really nice and flexible and on the ball with any problems we have.The
Money:Rent - monthly 671.67pmBills - 85 pm. (includes everything (tax,
electric/gas/, broadband, water, etc..)Bond - 1 months rent + billsThe
Area:Neighbours: This little neighbourhood of streets is really friendly.Stuff:
Nearby there is a great gym, a massive Sainsburys, Portugese resturants, shops,
and nice pubs and a Rollerdisco.This is really one of best flats I've seen in
London and is usually a hub for my friends when we need a meeting spot.Come
around and meet your potential flatmates :)
