Women's ultimate: Dirty Olive is looking for players for 2008/09   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1663 of 1817 |

After a cracking first season, Dirty Olive is looking to recruit more players.
We plan to enter Tour, Nationals and a couple of European based tournaments too.
In 2008-09, we want to build on last year, where we finished 7th in a very
competitive Tour and 8th at nationals, We are a south east-based team, with
players from London and Reading and a few from further afield. Training sessions
are for the moment monthly and open to all interested women players. Talented
beginners, steady old hands, outrageously talented layout divas and anything in
between welcome - if you like your frisbee fun and competitive, come along and
train with us. First winter training session will be on Sunday 2 November (ie.
this Sunday) in Hyde Park, London. If you are interested in joining us, have
any questions or want to hear endless and highly partisan testimonials about how
great we are, please contact either: Sarah Gibbons
(sargibbons@...)and/or:Celia Hall (cemhall@...) Gentlemen -
if you have any women in your club who are looking to play more women's
ultimate, then please forward this message to them. ThanksSarah
