RE: [londonleague] Summer League update

Howdy. Now, you may have already seen part of this email on Britdisc,
but in case you haven't:

As you may well know, Mixed Tour 1 was highly over subscribed this year.
We at Kent were particularly disappointed as we've worked hard this
season to develop our squad (we now have two tour teams, a top junior
team, and now a mixed team). We put forward a proposal for a second
venue in Brighton this weekend, but after much discussion with the UKUA
proper (including Si Hill) and members of Brighton Ultimate, it was
decided that it would not be feasible at short notice. First off I'd
like to thank Si Hill and all at Brighton (as well as Kate Rae from
Kent), for their hard work and for being so accomodating in considering
our proposal when they already had a perfectly good plan. We still want
to play this weekend, so if there are any teams (Mixed or not) who would
still like a weekend away, who would still like to party it up, who
would like to get some game time, and fancy heading down to the arse end
of the country (we're in Canterbury in the beautiful county of Kent - an
hour South East of London), you and/or your team are very welcome. It
would be great practice for London Summer league! We can probably
accomodate any teams/players who are up for it in houses (if not
accomodation can be arranged). You are welcome to come down this
Saturday and/or Sunday (7th/8th) for a game against our Mixed and Junior
teams. We have a few plans for entertainment, games, training etc, so
if you'd like to come, please get in contact with us:

Hello, We are getting there I promise. Hackney council marked out a pitch with a concrete covered endzone and Wandsworth just forgot to do it. Which has been...
