OK - so the weather has caused me a few headaches this week - and we've lost
some pitches.!

We've had to cut things back a bit - sorry. When I went to there today 10
pitches were definitely good enough to play, but with more rain expected
tomorrow its quite possible that one or two of those pitches will become
unusable too.



The attached schedule - which I'll also upload to the yahoo group files area
- the fourth draft :-) - has three games for every team as opposed to the
usual four. This means we can get a decent day of ultimate in on eight
pitches - and there is a reasonable chance that eight pitches will be OK.



It is set up so that most teams are not required to be there for the whole
day - so it's a late start or an early finish.



PLEASE NOTE: if it pours with rain for much of Saturday then the venue may
yet decide they have to cancel the whole thing. That decision will be made
around 6pm tomorrow evening.



In the event of cancellation I will obviously try to get the message out as
widely as possible as quickly as possible - but it will need people within
teams to contact each other. And I will still travel down to the venue on
Sunday morning to explain to anyone that turns up.
