I'm getting emails from teams asking how it works with teams tied on number of
wins.

If there's 2 teams tied, it's head to head between the teams tied.

If there's 3 teams tied it's
a) Points difference between THE GAMES PLAYED BETWEEN THE 3 TEAMS
b) Points scored as above
c) Points difference between the whole pool
d) Points scored between the whole pool.

Once a winner has been found to top the 3 way tie, it then goes to head to head
between the next 2 teams

i.e. teams a,b and c are tied on wins.
Team a has best points difference, so goes top. Team c beat team b, so finishing
positions will be
team a
team c
team b
