Dear all

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm feeling very out of shape after
Christmas and I can hardly remember what a disc looks like, never mind how to
throw one. As such I'm running a open pre-winter league warm up session on
Saturday. It will be held in Clapham (usual places) and will start at 12.

The session will consist of about an hour or so of basic throwing and catching
drills and will be followed by the usual pick up game.
