I'd say our leagues in this area average about one to two ejections per week at
the Jr/Sr/Big level and maybe one or two per season at the Maj/Min levels.

I agree wholeheartedly with that and it's not just the youth umpires either. Too many umpires try to be Mr. Nice Guy instead of ejecting when it's warranted....
