Automatic suspension for ejection - allow review and waive
suspension if not warranted on case-by-case basis. If review is not
timely (not performed before suspension would be enforced),
suspension is enforced by default. I think this one influences some
umpires to allow more crap than they should.

I could probably be reminded of a few others. My biggest complaint
is about the lack of written interpretations. I'd like to see rule
wording changed to reflect interpretations or creation of a greatly
expanded case book.
