I know that, and somehow you know he knows that because I guess you
know that and you know him, and you know he that he meant that, but
it might be misinterpreted by the uninitiated to mean that the rule
*applies* here, don't you think ?
All that rule means, to me, is you can call a balk on a pitcher who
delays the game by fooling around in some unspecified way, instead of
just telling him to cut the malarkey and pitch, meat. Meat earns
himself a balk instead. That'll teach him.
