Sad news
Justo G. Lopez of Brownsville, Texas passed away this morning after a lengthy illness.  Mrs. Lopez served and District 24 Administator for many years

I have a balk.  If the ball had rolled across the plate it would've been a ball, but not having crossed the foul lines (for whatever reason) it's a balk.
