Reply | Forward Message #1158 of 2383 |
We interrupt our regular Tour de France presentation for a public
service announcement.

Beat the Clock presents its mid-year statistics:

Beat the Clock events held in 2008: 5
Time trials held: 3
Golds won by Beat the Clockers at the Masters National Time Trial
championships: 2
=> Congratulations to Marcia Morrison and John Novitsky!!
Money raised to date: $13,690.00
Donation going to the Lance Armstrong Foundation: 100% of the above
Next Beat the Clock opportunity to train for the 2009 championships:
July 19th - http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=5942
Volunteers needed: 14 (email patt at scaledup dot com)

Total: 14,433.00

And now back to our regular programming.
Rob Boll: "Without the absurd schmengees leaping, gesticulating, and
preposterously colliding with each other like photons, electrons and
protons on a large scale, the pinpoint of athletic grace and
concentration would not be as gracefully obvious. The eye of the
hurricane is back in Valverde, and the storm is aiming directly for the
CSC trailer park....."

Thanks,

Carola
