Dear All,

I have mended the steering foot in Morpheus. The shoe was coming unattached and the heads of the screws were stooping the rotation of the steering plate. I have tightened them up and put some grease between too!!!

 

As people seem to be training at locations other than the club it is difficult to know what everyone is doing. Ray has therefore asked me to ask you all to e-mail me details of what you are doing each week during the week regarding training. eg ergs, weights, runs, circuits etc.
