The ergos this week are the same as last week:
4 min warm up
15 mins at 24
2 min rest
15 min at 24
4 min warm down
For those who did not do max weights last week, I will be down on Thursday evening, hopefully about 6ish if anyone wants to do them then. Please let me know if you do. Sorry will not be time on Tuesday as we have a committee meeting.
Don't forget circuits on Wednesday

If you are available on Sunday 2nd November please also let me know that you will be available all day that day as it is planned to take an eight to the Docklands Head. Ray will be selecting it on Wednesday so I need to know asap.
