Susan I got out early to avoid the mid day heat....

We drove about 15 miles at an average speed of 40 mph and went to spin
class.
After that we had nice hot steam baths.
My toes did not freeze at all.

What happened to Steve?

It was definitely to cold for you, today there seemed to be a lot of
wind when we headed North and West. Mark, Marty ,Sid, Stu rode service
road to Bethpage and then back to Syosset and the lot 35 miles 13.9 avg.
Cold and windy I think I will take your advice and sleep in tomorrow.
