This is a subscription-based mailing list for the Long Island Bicycle Club B group in Nassau County, Long Island, NY. We use it to plan our rides and coordinate group activities. Only members can post messages, but we let anybody read them, in case they want to join in our rides.

Most of our rides start from Westbury High School at 9:30AM, Saturdays and Sundays from March till November. During the season we become a little stronger, but in general our rides are between 40 and 60 miles long, cruising on the flats at about 17-20 MPH and averaging from 15 to 17 MPH. On most rides we stop for lunch.
