"Do you know of anyone in the Latin America committee
who is knowledgeable about the history of
international scouting? The scouts committee is
starting to work on a book on the history of scouting.
Pioneers like Joe Cambria, Howie Haak and Alex Pompez
and modern scouts like Epy Guerrero, who I was
fortunate to meet recently, need to be addressed. I
think it would be interesting to see it from the
Dominican, Puerto Rican, etc. side of things rather
than the American.
