Re: [latinobaseball] SABR Latino Chair, Eduardo Valero passes away

Hi everyone,

As per conversation with his son Carlos there are no donations requested.

The only request that have been made by few members of the media in San Juan
have been that the media room of the Puerto Rico Sports Museum in Guaynabo
be named on his memory.

I worked for more than 10 years with him in San Juan and he deserves that
honor.

Just in case any one of you knew him, last Monday also passed away in San
Juan Rene Molina.

To me Rene, like Eduardo, were great, great friends and teachers. Rene,
cuban born, live in Puerto Rico for more than 40 years and was one of the
best baseball columnists and color commentators.

Que descansen en paz !

Tony
