RE: [latinobaseball] Mexican Association
So far this is the best answer that I have received. I am hoping to indentify the "Other" leagues by cities represented, league history, ballparks, etc.

I hope that by this time you have received an exact answer to your question. All the leagues you mention are part of Organized Baseball; besides those there were what we now call independent leagues, especially in Winter (in the Summer the Mexican League, with so many teams, plus the two class As, used too many players). I remember, for instance, la "Liga del Bajio", around the Mexico City area, that was a sort of semipro with amateurs and low level pros playing. And there were others, particularly in the North, and in the Veracruz area. Best, Tito
