Yes, a tri-county tour supérieur! We visited such well-known landmarks as:
the Laurel Hill Cemetery (Phila County); City Line Ave., Bal Cynwyd;
Lankenau Hospital (Montgomery County); the Borough of East Landsdowne as
well as 69th Street in Upper Darby (Delaware County) – also subjected to the
low moaning of several otherwise fit skaters with strained musculatures.
Eric’s cell phone was lost (at the Presidential Apartments) and later
recovered as a result of a non-skater’s use of the lost phone to call Eric’s
son.



Sorry Christophe for using your name in combination with various choice
expletives on certain long up-hills. A great skate and work-out!

Christophe led about 10 hearty skaters on La Periferique, somehow
looping from Strawberry Mansion to Bala Cynwyd to Upper Darby, and not
missing an uphill opportunity. Our best new water stop at 66 and where-
