Looks pretty iffy from this radar loop. But, then again, the weather.com for
19130 says only 30% chance.

By the way, the street is exactly as wet as it was about 45 minutes ago - I
guess it's just the humidity making it hard to dry up.

In the Cheltenham area, 8 miles North of City Hall, the streets are drying
out. The only parts of the streets that are damp are the parts that have trees
still dripping over top.
