I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned this but again this is kind of a
slow time in the
offseason. Oscar Robles was sold back to the Mexican League by the Dodgers.
Robles had actually
asked for that to happen since there really isn't any place for him in the
majors and I guess he
didn't want to play in AAA Las Vegas again. He also felt that he wasn't given
much of a chance
last season to prove anything but figured his days were numbered on the major
league roster with
the signing of Ramon Martinez, someone who can play more positions than him. I
wish him well and
I know that he hopes to catch on with another major league team if possible.
