Hi,
I registered!!! l too need to get on some longer trail runs--- 25k=15.5miles
and since that's 7 weeks from this coming Saturday, I plan on doing 9 miles this
weekend and building a mile/wk, getting up to 14 miles the week before the race.
Once the trails are clearer, and not this coming weekend, I'd like to start
building on Sundays at Scotia (or some other nearby trails).
