Somebody out there, help Liz out!!!  It will be soooo much fun.  For those of you who are not sure what a mixed mega team is, just know that it is an 8 person team, with a wide variety of distances you can run.  She must have some guys and some girls on her team.  She needs to know by Friday, probably, though, because the registration deadline is Saturday!
