Hi ladies,

I just wanted to let you know that there is a good chance I will not be
running in the morning. Unless I have a miraculous recovery from this
head cold that Adalee shared with me, I will be trying to sleep in a
little.

Do go run, though--Liz and Kristy, and the crew of Michele, Leslie, and
Mary Kay are all planning to be there--just don't wait for me.
