Hi Teresa,

How the heck are you??
It has been so long since I have seen you!!
I have talked to Mara a couple of times about the team in training...I do not
think that I am ready to sign on for one of their events yet...BUT I was
wondering what your training/running schedule looks like...if it is O.K. with
you guys...could I join you for some runs?
