so nice to hear from you -- once this cold spell cracks, I'm determined to get back on an early am schedule. Only averaging about 15 miles a week right now. Anyway, I would like to try the track work out on Thursday but feel a little intimidated -- are there a lot of runners? Will someone be able to tell me what to do in terms of a workout? On a separate note, is Taylor playing softball again? I signed Renee up so will be spending long nights at the games before long!!!
