Hi Morgan!  Liz and I had a nice run but did think it was a little wierd you weren't there.  Glad to know everything is o.k.  Whatever you want to do about tonight is fine with me.  Don't feel like you have to rally because you'll be letting me down.  Since my mom is here I don't mind spending as much time with her as possible so if you want to reschedule I won't be disappointed.  That said I am also looking forward to going out so if you don't reschedule I will see you there!

Hi everyone,

So sorry to those of you whom I missed this morning.  I hope you all
had a great run.  Turns out, I had a sore throat which I was afraid
would be worse in the cold air, so I took some tylenol and went back to
bed for an extra hour and feel much better. This is the first time in
the history of this group I have missed a run with no prior notice!

I am still hoping to make it out tonight to the Allen St. Grille--will
be resting up today!  Hope to see you there-7:30 or sometime after.
