Hi everyone,

So sorry to those of you whom I missed this morning. I hope you all
had a great run. Turns out, I had a sore throat which I was afraid
would be worse in the cold air, so I took some tylenol and went back to
bed for an extra hour and feel much better. This is the first time in
the history of this group I have missed a run with no prior notice!

I am still hoping to make it out tonight to the Allen St. Grille--will
be resting up today! Hope to see you there-7:30 or sometime after.
