Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know that packet stuffing for the half
marathon is tomorrow (Sat.) at 1pm at the Ag Arena.

Also, a group of ladies from this group are planning a fun water stop
on the corner of Fox Hill Road and Rock Road (out past the airport).

If you would like to join in the fun you can show up there around
10:30 on Sunday.

Also, just wanted to let you all know that I am still running from
the Creamery at 6am each weekday morning. I run in almost any kind
of weather except thunderstorms, and when the roads/sidewalks may be
icy. (a little bit of snow is okay). I may start doing Jen's core
training class on Friday mornings and I will let you know if I do,
but for now I am planning on the usual schedule.
