I just wanted to send out a quick reminder about the free athletic performance training session tonight at the Athletic Performance Center. There are still spaces available if you're interested in checking it out. Let me know if you're interested and also send a note to Jeff at jvajay@... to let him know you're showing up. He's the man in charge for tonight.

 

Tonight is to basically show you what they have to offer in the way of performance enhancement. They're offering us a special price on their team training package and they want you to see how they can help you improve your performance.

 

This is not a volleyball skills clinic though, remember that. Performance enhancement, not skills enhancement. Although I could sure use both!

 

The clinic will run from 7:00 until around 8, possibly a little longer depending on how many people show up. They're limiting us to between 8 and 20 people for tonight.

 

The address is 2400 Sumner Blvd, which is basically off of Old Wake Forest Rd, behind the Best Buy on Capital Blvd. Out near the intersection of Capital and 540
