Play begins: 9:00 AM on Saturday and 8 AM on Sunday.

City: Greensboro, NC

Hosts: Quest For Excellence Sports, Piedmont Triad Volleyball Club and
the Greensboro Sportsplex.

Sanctioned: Carolina Region - USA Volleyball.

Divisions: Girls 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13 & Under (Boys teams 14 &
younger will be allowed to play in the girls division 2 years older
than they are). We need a minimum of 8 teams to hold a division. If a
division has less than 8 registrations, teams will be contacted to see
if they want to play in the next age group up.

Format: All matches will be 2 out of 3. The format * will be 4 team
pools on Saturday morning. Based on your finish in the pool you feed
into 4 team pools on Saturday afternoon (finishing Sunday morning).
Based on your finish in the second pool you will be seeded into playoff
divisions (i.e., Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper) on Sunday afternoon.
The playoffs are single elimination. The teams that lose in the
playoffs are required to stay and referee the next match on their
court. Teams are guaranteed 6 matches minimum.

* The format may change due to teams dropping out or odd number of
teams.

Officials: We will provide the first referee for all matches. Each
team must provide the second referee, scorekeeper, assistant
scorekeeper and two lines people. The second referee and scorekeeper
must be certified. All members of the officiating team must be
registered members of USA Volleyball (parents my not call lines unless
they are on the roster or can show their membership card). This is a
USA Volleyball insurance requirement.

Playing Sites: Greensboro Sportsplex, Greensboro College and other
sites as needed.

Entry fee: $350.00 (non-refundable & non-transferable).

Don't forget that entries are accepted on a "first-come, first-served"
basis. Receipt of Entry Form and Entry Fee are necessary to reserve
your team's entry. Space is limited so mail early.
