I'm thrilled to say that we're up to 80% of my goal and I really feel like we can get to 100% or even beyond.

 

Don't worry, this is the last time I'll be harassing you about the St. Baldrick's charity headshaving event, for this year anyway. I know some of you have gotten this from several different sources but that's just 'cause you're all that important to me.

 

Thanks to everyone who has already donated and if you haven't won't you please consider making a donation? Every donation will help. I know the economy stinks like a month old fish but like I've mentioned, unfortunately cancer is receesion proof. I sure do love helping kids and I hate cancer!

 

I'm signed up to get shorn between 7:30 and 8:00pm tomorrow at Napper Tandy's here in downtown Raleigh so c'mon out and enjoy the fun. As an added bonus, we're having people over to the house afterwards for a night of Rock Band fun. Feel free to swing by, even if you can't make it for the actual headshaving. Lemme know if you need my address.

 

For those of you who've been asking about this summer's tourney schedule, we'll get that posted soon. In the meantime, you can always pretend that you're entering a tourney and donate that money to St. Baldrick's. It might even help when you ask to be in this pool or that pool when tourney season rolls around

ps. On a happy note, Wesley had his stem cell transplant this week and that went pretty well. He's been having a few problems (nothing serious, thankfully) since the procedure but they're hoping he's gonna rebound quickly.
