My team is also in need of more certified refs/scorekeepers. Thanks for the links, but I'm the only team member in the Raleigh area that also requires a FULL-clinic.
Talking with Charlie (team PICO) this past Sunday, he suggested that he could setup a clinic for people around the Raleigh area.
Charlie, would you set up a clinic for people to attend :).

There are actually online clinics available this year for people who would be eligible to go to a re-certification clinic, if that happens to work for your team. Some of the links on the website seem to not work very well, but I was able to get to the Scorekeeping online clinic start page at

and through that page I got to the ref online clinic start page at
http://www.carolinaregionvb.org/Officials/refonlineclinicinfo.html
I didn't actually do these online clinics (I went to an in-person one), but assuming they work, they seem to be perfect for teams that need to have someone get re-certified to meet the region's officials requirement. For first-timers or people who don't qualify as re-cert, teams would need to get an in-person clinic set up.
