Announcing New Youth Beach Volleyball Club   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1429 of 2614 |
All,

This announcement is for any juniors and parents of juniors that aren't already aware of the new vh1vballjrs Yahoo group we started last year as part of a new juniors outdoor volleyball program at vh1vball.

The following announcement about a new opportunity for junior beach volleyball enthusiasts was just made. Please feel free to pass along to any potentially interested folks. This will probably be the only post we'll be making about juniors stuff on this board this year so if you have any desire to keep informed about the juniors activies and haven't already joined this other board, please consider joining by going to the following location and ask to join: http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/vh1vballjrs/

Or you can just reply to me with an email address and I'll get you added.

Thanks,
Mark

Apex/Cary Youth Beach Volleyball Club

ATTENTION!!!

WHAT?: Boys and girls 18 and younger in the Triangle area interested in playing beach volleyball are invited to attend an information meeting to discuss this new club and local beach volleyball opportunities this year. This club is intended to provide an opportunity for new players to learn more about beach volleyball and for experienced players to have opportunities to play and receive a few pointers in the process. Tournament events will be held one Saturday per month from April through July hosted by vh1vball. More details will be provided at the information meeting. Club members will have the option to become a USAV member ($15 for summer) or sign a liability waiver.

WHEN?: Tuesday, March 13th at 5:30PM

Attendees are welcome to stay for some pick-up play time-permitting after the meeting until it gets dark (~ 7PM)

WHERE?: Apex Community Park sand courts/picnic shelter. Apex Community Park is located on Laura Duncan Rd. between Hwy 64 and Old Apex Hwy. Volleyball courts are at the back of the park across from the tennis courts. Directions.
