Announcement on Summer Sand Leagues at Jaycee Park   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1115 of 2615 |
For anyone interested in playing some sand volleyball this summer, here's the notice sent out by the supervisor at Jaycee Park off of Wade Ave.  in Raleigh.  Questions should be directed to the supervisor (see contact info at end of message). Registration forms have been added to the Files section of the message board or can be accessed by clicking here . Registration ends Friday, May 12th. Something new this time is that they're adding a 4 person intermediate league in addition to the usual 6 person and doubles leagues for the summer.

Even though there are caps set on the number of teams per league, I've learned that they're not set. In other words, they can take in a couple more teams if interest exists.

Hello all-

It's finally raining in the Triangle… just in time for all those great outdoor sports!

Anyone that was a team captain in the leagues this spring, last summer, or last fall should be receiving this e-mail. I apologize if you get duplicates.

I am sending out summer registration forms as attachments. One is a word document and the other is an excel document. Please let me know if you can't open them. I'll be happy to fax them to you.

Here's the important news: We will be testing another pilot program for Summer Sand Volleyball Registration. The test will involve 1 change -Play night has been pre-determined.

It will not be used for fall registration at this time.

The play days have been pre-determined for the purposes of this pilot program. Therefore, when using a pre-determined night of play, there is a maximum number of teams that can register for that league, once it's full-it's full. We will take a waiting list. If a league doesn't fill and we have enough teams on a waiting list, we will use that spot for another league.

Team Fee: $40/doubles, $60/4 Person & $70/6 person.

There are 2 ways to register for the summer season.

1) Walk-in registration-bring completed registration form and payment to Jaycee Center-2405 Wade Ave.

2) Mail-in Registration-mail completed registration form and payment-must be postmarked and received by May 12.
