Basically, the month of February is a good chance to voice our
requests for volleyball facility improvements again.

As mentioned by William Davis, the Athletic Director for the Town of
Cary, these are the current volleyball-related requests for the 2007
budget:

1) $40,000 for sand and pole replacements at N. Cary Park
2) Removal of concrete walkway between courts at Green Hope
3) Purchase of a Sand Pro machine to help with upkeep of sand courts


I'd suggest passing this notice along to anyone else you know who's a
Cary resident and volleyball player, and ask them to show some support
for getting the above projects approved for the 2007 fiscal year (July
2006-July 2007) by sending an email to budgetinput@...

William Davis has been extremely cooperative in helping us push for
facility upgrades and hosting tournaments at both N. Cary Park and
Green Hope this upcoming playing season. However, it would most
definitely help if we show support for his efforts by sending emails
to the budget committee.
