We're the home of North Carolina's original King and Queen grass doubles volleyball tournaments. We'll be using this group to promote volleyball in general and keep you aware of indoor/outdoor volleyball happenings in the Triangle and all over North Carolina, including, but not limited to:

- Tourneys
- Leagues
- Open Gyms
- Players wanted/available

The '12 grass doubles season has come and gone! Attendance may have been down but the fun factor wasn't!

The Juniors sand tourneys kept growing in the '12 season (be sure to get your Junior players signed up for the 'vh1vballjrs' yahoo group email list) and will probably just keep getting bigger now that beach volleyball is being added as a collegiate varsity sport. We're hoping to start a Juniors high school sand league in the spring, details will be in the 'vh1vballjrs' group.
The 7th Annual Spike for a Cause supporting Shawn and Susan Curtis in Susan's fight against breast cancer was a HUGE success to help with their medical bills. We're happy to report that since the event, Susan has been given a clean bill of health! Congrats to Susan and Shawn and thanks to all of you for your support!!!
