(Cnr Pittwater Rd) North Ryde, NSW

Date: Friday September 17, 2004 (Tickets must be booked and paid for
by 8 September)

Time: 7pm for 730pm kickoff - bar opens 7.15pm

Tickets: $65 per person or $650 per table of 10 (includes 3 course
meal, beer, wine, coffee)
