Even though Kevin is gone from the game, I still
believe he is the best point guard ever. I loved watching
him play because he is a very exciting player, not to
mention a very nice guy when you meet him, very sweet and
polite. We miss you KJ.

I have a question, in the 92-93 NBA Finals game
6, it ended when KJ wen't up for a layup and what
exactly happened, it was a long time ago and maybe
someone remembers, did u get blocked by Horace Grant, I
thought he was fouled maybe, anyway just wondering, it's
probably stupid of me to ask of something like that but if
he hit it, they might have on the championship, they
could've beat the bulls, that's it bye, if supersub reads
this, i'm still interested in being founder since u
abandoned the club...

--Eilon--

you mean controlled the floor and was very
effective and had a good shot selection... since the dream

I used to be founder of this club, but then I
left and now I am back again, KJ's retirement probably
means this club's retirement as well, b/c there
probably won't be any new news ever again. KJ was my
favorite player but last year he didn't play as well as he
could have in my opinion. He didn't take any shots and
passed too much even for a point guard. I still think he
is a great player and he will always be my favorite
player. Does anybody here collect basketball cards of KJ?
just curious...

--GoTribe777--

i know i'm a little late- since he's been baaack
for awhile! but i don't get to see alot of the suns
games since i'm from California- no i dont' like the
lakers- but that's just a side note! i do get to see more
than some people though since it's western and they
show a lot of the western games.. anyways.. i'm so
excited that there's a club for him! i saw him play
against the lakers, and although they lost he did really
great! does anyone know how long his contract is for?
for anyone who saw the game? did you see his mother?
she's so cute! with her kj t-shirt!

The game was televised for me on TNT and it was
one of the only games I could watch because I live in
New York. KJ is improving and hopefully he will start
taking some more shots and driving to the lane more
often.

--GoTribe777--

Kj played againt the Lakers on tuesday. He was 5
for 7 from the field and was a perfect four for four
from the free throw line he was awesome. the only
thing that lacked from his return was a victory. When
he came into the game the crowd went wild, they gave
him a standing ovation. this is the beggining of a
beautiful come back.

KJ played 18 minutes against Minnesota on his first game and he was was 1 for 1
with 2 free throws=4 points. Anyway, he also had 2 blocks, 2 assists and a good
game back... The suns won by 1.

He was supposed to play against Golden State but
he didn't. The next game is against Miami, since I
don't live in Arizona I don't get to see the suns games
unless they are televised on TNT, TBS, NBC, and so on.
The suns do play on Tuesday on TNT so hopefully I
will get to see KJ play then...
--GoTribe777--

ITt's great to see that there a great fans like
you guys that are not from Az. That goes to show how
awesome KJ really is. I've been following kj since i was
old enough to change the tv channel to 45 (that's the
channel they show all the suns games on). He's is the
greatest point guard of all time, in my book. It will be
fun to see how well he does on his return.

In 1992-1993 I followed the Suns road to the
final... it was the first year I began liking Charles
Barkley and especially Kevin Johnson. Since then, KJ has
been my favorite player by a mile. He was drafted in
87 from the cavaliers... little people know about
his first season with the cavs before he got traded
to the suns... all I know is that he wore #11 and
was a backup to Mark Price I think. Then he got
traded to phoenix and did a little better... I think 12
ppg.
On his 2nd season he got Most Improved Player
award.. he had something like 20 ppg and 10 assists per
game. From then he was one of the best point guards in
the league.. He made the all star team 3 times and he
played on the Olympic Team twice. His career has also
been filled with injuries and he made the playoffs
almost every year of his career. I remember he had a few
40+ points games in the playoffs and also remember
his triple double in the first half of a game in
97-98 I think. KJ wanted to retire after playing 10
seasons but he got persuaded to come back for an eleventh
season with Jason Kidd, Antonio Mcdyess, and Clifford
Robinson. After the lost in the playoffs KJ retired due to
his lack of play because of Jason Kidd, he averaged
under 10 points that season. Now, KJ got signed for the
rest of the season and I am very excited about
watching my favorite player again. I bought his Jersey and
collected basketball cards of KJ... I traded a 30 dollar
Ken Griffey baseball card for a 2 dollar KJ rookie
card... that may seem dumb but KJ rules!
