Simon & Carrie,

Check into LaVentana in Baja, Mexico.
It's a great winter spot. Windsurfers/kiteboarders
sail side-by-side. Warm weather, good wind, good
food, friendly people, and it's relatively
inexpensive. I always have fun down there.
