The north side of the park (via Casino ramp) closes at 5pm, the south
(entrance at 119th) closes at 6pm, what I do is ask the gait guard in the north
end to let me download my stuff and then I park outside the gait/fence, go to
the end of the parking lot and use the empty stretch of beach south of where
al beach goers are.
