Thanks Mike for the answer.

I try the kite this afternoon, with a wind of 20 km/h. Ok, I never
saw a kite in fly before. Ok, I got to unpack the thing, try to
understand the instructions, adjust the harness (is that how you
call it?), etc... But man, I got the funniest hour I ever had since
a looooong time!! WOW!! (my back do not agree with me, but I don't
care for now! :) :) :) )

So here come the question: how do you place the kite on the ground
to make it start flying easily BUT having the time to run back the
other end of the lines, attach the harness,etc..???
