-Why not just fly it in 2 line mode. It will work fine. Of course U
will not be able to reverse launch it or stall it to the ground, which
would be bad for a kite of that size. I have the 7m and it pulls like
crazy. I can only Imagine the 9m. Not really much to the break lines
though. A single line from each of the 4 trailing edge points joined
together at one point, and then a single line from there meeting up
with the single line from the other side. then a single line from
there down to the center of the bar to form a 3 line setup. Atach a
wrist leash to this line and if u let go of the bar, the kite will
reverse to the ground. If u crash the kite nose down, pull on this
line and it will reverse launch. There is very little pressure on
these lines, so it does not have to be supper strong, but it is your
safety, so something in the 200lb range.
