The first week of this year's Stormboarding snowkite speed season
wrapped up yesterday with the Minnesota boys finding black ice,
their skates and the old highway speed limit. Joe Levins' 54.5 just
topped John Zietlow's 53.3 to win the Peter Lynn beanie and the
