Mark Barber is one of Randy's closest pals, from
my assessment. here is what i wrote:<br><br>well,
today was great! There was a team from Japan playing at
the beach! It turns out that they're being coached by
Mr. Mark Barber, the man who's great friends with
Randy Stoklos as well as coaching Stoklos way back
when. Anyway, we introduced ourselves. I thought he was
Matt Barber, the photographer. I should have known
better and save myself the embarrassment (lol). The
Japanese players' names are Ko Ozaki and Taichi Morikowa.
Karch/AJ have played them previously in an FIVB tourney,
according to Mr. Barber. Ko''s 6'1'' and have some really
mean jump serves. If you can recall AJ's ace serve to
Karch (from Manhattan back in 93 I believe), Ko served
one right at Karch...just like AJ did to him years
before! It was amazing! Barber's been training them for 3
years (according to Mrs. Barber). Taichi is 6'3'' and
he's a toothpick! I think he has a skinnier waist size
than me! LOL Look for them to play on the AVP
Qualifier Tour, especially the weekend of the Alero event
as they'll be playing in Huntington Beach!!!!

lot about Randy. I learned a lil bit from Mark about
Randy that I didn't know. But,. mostly Mark was testing
me for the trivia of Stoklos and the others. He and

to Randy and sees if he remembers me
