I'm uncomfortable kicking any distance without spare tubes, tools and a
patch kit. On my bicycles I strapped them under the seat. On my Kickbike I
had a nice Delta handlebar bag
<http://www.deltacycle.com/product.php?g=37#>, but it used a clunky
plastic bracket bolted to the handlebars, and I couldn't buy another
bracket alone from Delta, for my new Footbike. (I've since found Jandd
makes a bracket alone that looks like it'll fit the bag
<http://www.jandd.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=FTORB> - they both may be from
the same OEM parts co.)
But while poking around the Jandd website, I found this bag that was
designed for the obsolete Bull Moose triangular mountain-bike
stem/handlebar combination, but which will strap on any bike (pedal- or
kick-) with a stem of at least 3":
<http://www.jandd.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=FMBHP>
It doesn't need any brackets, and mine holds 2 tubes, patch kit,
mini-pump, rain poncho, bucket hat, sunglasses in a hard case, the few
tools that came with my Kickbike, a head-light (straps onto my head) and
spare batteries.
