Actually, if you use a search term like "kickbike" and then follow it with "site:craigslist.org" it should only return listings on craigslist and no other site. For example check out this link:

you can try craig's list ; don't know if kickbikes show up on it as often as ebay but type in kick scooter craig's list on your searcher ; google ; yahoo ; etc...
