New to Trikke

I just bought a new trikke off ebay a couple of weeks ago. I'm excited to have it, but have realized it's a different brand. It was sold as a "trikke", but the seller was using that as a generic name, not a brand name. I bought a Star lite, I think. Hope you're not going to boot me off the Trikke forum because of my naive mistake. Anyone know anything about other brands of Trikkes?
I love it so far but can't make the thing move on level group. I need a tiny decline to get it going. I just don't quite have the hang of it yet.
I'm in Madison. Are there riders in this area?
