I purchased air tires trom Trike Teck and they have been installed for awhile (by my husband) I have rode it when it had poly's on it but not since the air's have been installed. It has been too hot, and I just completed chemo and radiation. Both rear tires rub, but I think one is on the brake pad, which we can adjust out. . The other one rubs intermitedly on the brace that holds the brake pad.. It only rubs on one side of the tire. The wheel appears to be centered. Please see inserted pictures. (sorry for the delay in posting a reply caused by getting pics)Thanks in advance for all the help!Myrna----- Original Message -----From: Jay JarmanSent: Thursday, August 31, 2006 11:33 AMSubject: Re: [kickbiking] tire rubs!I'd bet no one has had that problem. How 'bout some questions first. Did you put it together or did you buy it assembled? Is it new or did you buy it from someone else used and already assembled? Can you post a picture of it?
A picture would really help. I'm assuming you haven't hit something and bent the rim. Does it rub all the way around or just on one spot on the wheel? Give us some of this info and I'll bet one of us will be able to help you.Jay

Whatever the case, the best tack for anyone is to respect all other people - lack of respect ends up in hurting human beings and nothing is really worth that.Amen!
